We will refund you money for goods and services in accordance with the "Cancellation Conditions" or "Refund Conditions" that our Partners indicate on the details page of all Offers.
Some products and services do not have a details page. In this case, the refund is made within the specified terms, depending on the types of Offers:
Tour offers - no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the start of the service.
Offers of types "excursion", "service" - not later than 5 (five) calendar days before the start of the service.
Offers of the following types: “ready meals (food)”, “food” - no later than 1 hour before the date and time of delivery or self-pickup.
Offers of types: "souvenirs", "consumer goods" - no later than 8 hours before the date and time of delivery or pickup.
If you agreed with Partner Palmarius that he buys museum tickets for you for his own money or incurs other expenses that cannot be refunded when canceling the Order, then we will refund you the money minus these costs.
Cancellation for unforeseen circumstances
Exceptions to these rules are possible if the cancellation occurs due to:
Flight cancellations or delays due to which you were unable to sell services. We will ask you to provide confirmation from the airport or a screenshot of the departure board.
Unexpected illness or injury due to which the trip is canceled. We need a doctor's note with confirmation.
Extremely unfavorable weather conditions at the place of service. In this case, we will need a confirmation of the Partner about the impossibility of providing services in these weather conditions.
Refund policy for tickets to museums, theaters, cinema, etc.
If canceled, tickets are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
1. Check if the cancellation is in line with our return policy.
2. If you are requesting a refund due to force majeure circumstances, prepare proofs if necessary.
3. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org: send a link to order on the site and indicate the reason for the cancellation.
